What you doing for the rest of the Weekend ? Luckily your going from Mildura to Echuca... It's all downhill. |
Re: What are you looking forward to?
I'm really looking forward to the end of today. I've got 4 Maltese blokes with heavy equipment jackhammering, bobcatting and swearing in a very confined space by the side of my Kitchen. Their Bobcat went within 5ml's of the Neighbours walls with it's wheels of the Ground.
Typical of this place... I've got Concrete on top of Concrete and it's proving much harder than they anticipated. Anyway as they have already said to me.... I kid you not "She'll be right" Hopefully we'll get through it without wrecking anything that isn't supposed to be wrecked. |
Re: What are you looking forward to?
Im off horseriding with my friend in Mundaring this saturday, then we have checked into a guest house afterwards for the night.
It has a spa bath and I am so excited as I dont have a bath, so we will be relaxing with a glass of wine afterwards and as I havent ridden since 2007, I anticipate that my arse will be killing me and I will have thighs you can crack nuts with. |

Doing it with a group of riders. I don't know why they aren't fund raising as I know many people would have sponsored me. Eating a bowl of the devils food (pasta) as I type!!!

I anticipated moving to Australia would see me on a horse more often. Not at all. Have barely ridden at all. I blame a young family. My daughter's first word was the name of the horse across the road. (I jackerooed in QLD and NSW when I got here and they put you on a horse and test you and I thought there would be more of the same. Still, horses are 2 a penny around here and all I have to do is ask. People mount at the shops and ride down to our house and back - it's a bridleway of sorts.) |
