How boring is this? Got SOME of the gutter guard done. Shame it's necessary as it is about the worst job I've ever undertaken. :(

Friday - Few beers after work then Dominos,
Saturday- Watched Sydney FC chalk up another victory, then listened to Aberdeen game on website.

Bring them back here here, tie loads of sponges to them and they can roll down my block, be one way of soaking up the rain. :rofl:

I burned myself on the beach on saturday and then got soaking wet in Bowral on sunday. :blink:

Finally got the new rainwater tank hooked up to the hot water system. Now waiting for the soft water to find all the leaks. :(

Seriously, even my neck hurts from doing the sit ups, I really pushed myself yesterday, I think its going to be hot in Perth today so not sure quite what to do with myself. Mr PP is working, I might go and lie down on the sofa for a bit.:o

Ive just been lying on the sofa, having a coffee now. I was going to take the dog out but its boiling hot already so perhaps I shall chill out at home.:o

Saturday am -shopping and cleaning the house in preparation for teenagers descending for DD's birthday sleepover. Saturday pm, slaving over a hot stove feeding said teenagers: two had gluten intolerance, two were dairy intolerant, so made quite a few different things. They explored what things tased best dipped in dark chocolate, and carrots proved to be quite a favourite when the strawberries ran out!
Sunday- cleaning up aftermath, feeding teenagers- one of whom is still here at 5:15 when they were all supposed to have gone by 12 noon.
Tonight- provided said teen has gone home- large glass of wine and keep OH occupied and happy.:fingerscrossed:

Yesterday morning I planted some new tomatoes, capsicum, red onions and dill to replace some of the finished crops in my garden bed. Then cleaned the pool and weeded the front lawn. By lunchtime when I went in the house I could barely move my neck or left arm they're so burnt. Baked a loaf of fruit and nut bread for the family and BBQ'd salmon steaks & potatoes for dinner.

Today is a clothing-optional day so I'm sitting in a silk nightgown because it's the only thing I own that doesn't hurt my back or arms. This morning I went for a 30 minute run on the treadmill then made curtains for our bedroom so we can finally after 18 months in this house get rid of the crap vertical blinds in there. This afternoon will be making meatballs and putting together the menu for the coming week before doing my online shop at Coles. Tonight will be a nice long swim before bed.
