Sat.6am till 10am painting bedroom
11am till 4pm sausage sizzle fund raiser
6pm to 8pm making a cabinet for the bathroom
9pm till 2am painting the flowers on a Victorian ceiling rose(with a few breaks on expats).
Sun.Just pulled a load of Dandelions out the backyard and hung some washing out, about to have brunch, then this arvo it's stick the ceiling rose up,run wire into roof to hang 5 chandeliers off.
Finish off some plastering and I might get round to chopping in a handle for the bathroom door.
Better go now.

Yesterday I went to work to get something I left there and got my key stuck in the door. Has to sit and wait for 40 minutes until one of the guys came and let me in the other door so we could pull the damn thing out. After that I went grocery shopping, came home and started baking pies. Then at 5:30 I sat down and didn't move again
Today I'm going to see some friends
Tomorrow I'll be working in the morning and then in the afternoon we're going to have a BBQ and sit outside in the sunshine

I had Friday off as between Wednesday and Thursday I worked 23 hours, 16 of them on Wednesday. During the day I did nothing more strenuous than cuddle a cat. Bliss.
In the evening we went out for a blow-out meal as from tomorrow we start cutting down (no coffee, no booze, no chocolate
) ready for a medically-supervised detox the week after.
We went to a restaurant run by a chef from North Yorkshire (my place of birth) and I had the most expensive fish, chips and mushy peas I've ever had
He does incredibly clever (and scrumptious) twists on British food and the whole meal, service, wine recommendations, building, Union Jack chairs (tastefully done, believe it or not) was awesome. (http://www.restaurant-arras.com.au/)
Yesterday we did what we've done most Saturdays lately - sofa shop. However this time we actually ordered one, with the help of the most fabulously camp and knowelgeable shop assistant who was blown away by my Visio floor plan
Now we're shuffling furniture around for the umpteenth time since we moved in in June. Well The Geek is, I'm supervising and playing on the internet.

Thank God I've never tried a virtual floor plan - I can only imagine how much time I'd spend playing with that.
Although I do carry round a small notebook with miniature hand-drawn room plans and swatches, plus a moving planner with printoutsof some of my lists etc.......

I did them for every apartment we vaguely considered buying
and I've got 3 or 4 alternatives for this one.

I've hardly left the house I'm terrified to use my barely drivable 4x4 that I'm part exchanging tomorrow, I need to get it on that garage forecourt in order to get my nice shiny new one that works.
