Mandurah is nice - there are good and bad areas as in all places. The beaches around here are lovely, facilities good everything you'd want really. Well, we like it, we've just bought a place !!

We did worry about that too. Our original budget was $350k which we quickly revised when we got here. When do you think you'll arrive ?

At the moment house prices are cooling. There's a house is Seascapes up for $519 when a month or so (and most even now) they were at $599. Houses are now taking months to sell and most vendors are open to offers - the sensible ones anyway. A lot of houses are over valued but this is changing.

However, once the rail link is finished, the prices may well increase here again.

Planning on middle of next year with any luck - will look further afield if necessary - quite like the look of Bunbruy

Bunbury is nice too - we were going to look there but it's just a little bit too far South for us. There's also Australind, Secret Harbour, Port Kennedy, Falcon. These are all nice beachside burbs SOR. Not far from the beach is Wellard, Baldvis, Erskine - again all nice. Make sure you look us up when you get here !

Yep - love the look of Secret Harbour - need to be near a university to finish off my studies tho - as for looking you up - thats a date
