I'm not happy - my two boys have been out with a friend n family today, to an open air pool - i put sunscreen on them before they went, they took sunscreen with them and not once did the "adult" get them to reapply the cream. my children are boys aged 11 and 7, now i did tell them to make sure that they put it on after they got out of the pool, but come one if this had been me I would have made them - reminded them at least.
oh well get me a pint
please

pleaseMy kids have been so busy today, went to a open day near my parents bouncy castle, fire engine, all the stuff kids like. Then this afternoon took the younger 2 and dogs for long walk to a pleasent shallow river. Kids enjoyed splodging. some kids walked past and wanted to join in but parents were like no way we have a pool to splodge in not a river.
Some people have no fun in them.
We are going back for a picnic there tommorow.
Gulp i needed that drink.
We need the air con on, where is that barman.

I did mention it to hubby last night, I don't see any reason why we can't join you all
Must admit though, we're new to this so I feel a bit nervous about meeting up!!

Recently i have been taking my kids to my old 'camps' in the moors and they could not believe that i used to splodge and climb trees.
I try and give my kids the same sort of fun that i had.
It is hard to find the spaces though as a lot of houses have been put up since i left Durham and then returned.
Steve is proberbly having fun in the sun with his fag mate
