to be honest if you went to a gym it is not all stick insects that go, i see pensioners, big ladies and lots of average men and women.
Ive been going to gyms for over 10 years, and i still get nervous when i go to a new one.

you could always try early mornings, i'm better at getting it over with at the start of the day - less chance to come up with excuses

i was really mad
. the little one was so thirsty when he got home he drank a full sports bottle of juice in one go. He then had ice pops and another big drink. That must be awful losing a child to dehydration.
Ive just been outside to get my last lot of washing in. It is still hot

.Hate wasps, we had one in the house the kids were screaming i was trying to be brave and the dogs were trying to catch it :scared:
hubby says we will cope cos they have air con and pools, so providing we have them in place i should be fine.

bloddy flying ants, ruined a perfectly good chat with my sister in the garden, then had to rush in the shut all the windows, little b*ggers I hate the things, I can handle wasps,
here's a tip, get a coke/lemonade bottle, cut the top off with a fair bit of the bottle, in the base of the bottle put apple sauce, jam or honey (apple sauce works best), turn the top of the bottle upside down and insert it into the base of the bottle, (don't cut the bottle too far down as this won't work), if there are any gaps seal with tape.
the wasps are drawn to the sweetness of the apple, they can get down the bottle but not out.
i've not used this - my sister swears by it

yesterday we had a swarm of wasps outside the front door so there must be a nest somewhere, we've looked everywhere but can't find it
