My kids are still mucking around in bed. the youngest is well tired but just wont settle

just wish it wasn't virtual, really do need cooling down - the kids can't sleep at all so will be knackered tomorrow

not too bad apart from nearly fainting at the gym, pulse up to 170 . I think the heat was too much for me. Been drinking loads of water before the gym as well.

isn't there air con ? my old gym was freezing, you had to run to keep warm

seriously ? i guess it is a tad on the warm side, must remember to slather the kids tomorrow

Not that i noticed any, there is a fan on the tread mill , but it was just like some one blowing air on me.

my old gym was fantastic, it still bugs me that it had to close down for redeveloping. (especially since there is an enquiry going on)

mine have broken up already so at least they can lay in bed - they've been going to bed late anyway

i need to go to the gym - i want to go the gym thinking of going to ladies only gym - but soooooo nervous how daft is that?

the kids are gutted but to be honest im glad i would hate to think they suffered due to the heat.

Last other week when the nursery had its trip they only had one drink (that we provided )all day. 2 kids were ill the next day due to dehydration.
