One of my boys told his teacher when they were talking about gasses, that 'daddy has a bad problem with gas and if that got in to the air then mummy needed a gas mask'
apparently the teacher nearly died laughing. i only found out when another parent told me .

Steve have you got a recipe idea for a salmon dish and a wine that would go with it? Im thinking of doing a special meal when hubby comes home next.

its my little girls favorite
dead simple
salmon
frying pan
olive oil
coriander seeds
fresh coriander
grind up some coriander seeds
add them to the oil in the pan
fry the salmon skin side down first for about 4/5 minutes
flip it over fry for a further 2 minutes
onto the plate garnish with fresh chopped coriander
and boiled veggies
hope this helps

deffo white for salmon
try a black tower rivaner
not as sweet as say a Liebfraumilch
just about right for the above salmon dish
