This is the view from my lounge window currently. But actually, the house we're thinking of buying only has trees up a hillside as a view. Really, it's not about the view... I can go see that any time I want. I'm sure as hell not paying for the privilege of a view when they're free. Certainly not worth adding on $10K for.
