Two plants good ... three plants bad
HE informed me that a 'reliable source' had told HIM that it is okay to have 30grams of cannabis and grow two plants here in WA but you can't grow three.. that is a criminal no no
For all you horticulturalists out there.... Is it really just a CIVIL offence to grow your own? with a 100-200 $ fine or ed program?
And how much is 30 grams in old money?
And does Bunnings sell them? if so do they only have two in stock at any one time?
