Firstly the eye is not a difficult thing to evolve, in fact "artificial" lab grown bacteria can work like an eye. As for death, no as scientists we have a long way to go, though genetic research is making big inroads.
Yes as scientists we call evolution a "theory", but we also call electricity a theory and gravity a theory, it doesnt mean we consider it less.
If you are trying, from your arguments to propote that evolution is wrong and some supreme being created the earth then you also no dought believe in the man in the moon and that you have fairies at the bottom of the garden.

No there can't be mutation. When people align with one another and have a baby, the baby isn't a mutant. Sometimes mutation does occur, but this is rare, MartinLuther and I are talking about everytime people mate.

No, that's what Darwin was quoted re: human vision. My question is what is life? We all have it in us. It's not physical. It's not an organ or a chemical. What is it? Not the meaning of life. I want to know what is it. Is it what people mean when they say your soul? If that exists, how does it fit into evolution?

I'm not promoting anything stormy, I'm telling you what I don't understand about Chuck Darwins theory. Besides, everyone knows fairies don't exist. The unicorns ate them all.

This is where you're wrong. Genetic mutations are not rare, they happen all the time - in your body and in mine. It's just that usually they are so insignificant that they have no discernable effect, or the body is efficient at working around them or eliminating them.
Random mutations from UV exposure can cause cancer. Mutations in sperm or eggs can cause 'mutant' babies - not necessarily visually different, not necessarily disadvantaged, but with genes that are not identical to either parent.
Mutations don't have to be the result of external influences, they can also just happen as part of the normal encoding & recoding process that goes on in your body constantly as new cells are produced. Mistakes happen. Sometimes they offer a survival advantage, in which case they are more likely to be passed on to future generations.

Actually genetic mutation is very common. The human race is evolving at a visable rate. It is extremely fast is some animals such as rats, which is why rats are now immune to many poisons which were effective against them recently - they have evolved. It is also why we have some physical differences to our ancestors such as hight

So these genetic mutations are evolution in work? But my code and your code are the same. There would be a difference i.e. your hair colour to mine etc. But we will both be coded as people. If you saw the code of say, a fish, it would be identified as a fish. If we have mutations from say, going on a sunbed, we can't factor that into evolution because it's not really natural. If that makes sense?

Not entirely. With rare exceptions people's code have slight variations which is why DNA testing is used in forensics. Most of the time these slight differences don't make much of an outward difference apart from giving us different coloured hair or different sized noses.

However it is possible that one of these differences could be resilience to cold (for example). Now while it stays hot this difference is not particularly useful and does not "show up" however it does get passed on and spreads through the population (although usually not the whole population). But then it turns colder and the difference shows up. Those with the cold resilience prosper and the other's don't. A change has occurred and the species has evolved.

Note that what I've describes is just one of the processes that enables evolution. There are others.

Dead bodies have been brought back to life. However after 5 minutes the brain may be damaged. This is because the cells start dying individually and the brain is the worst affected by this.

Yes I get this. My point is when people mate with people you get people code. I used the example HTML. There will be variations in what the code says e.g. hair colour, eye colour etc but the point is the language is still the same. When ducks mate with ducks you get duck code, perhaps C++. It's an entirely different thing to the former.

Lets talk hypothetically though. If the brain didn't begin to lose its cells. It was just a perfectly healthy person who just so happens to be dead. Lifeless. You think it would be possible to bring him back? To trigger whatever it is that gets us going to begin with?

Again not really, the underlying code is the same for ducks and humans. One is a billing system and the other is a space invaders game. Not all billing systems are the same.
