For those of you that care, the other day I saw Next clothing in a factory outlet on the next block to where I live.

When I was in the UK in July 2010 I went to Next but was very disappointed. The good quality clothes had been exchanged for cheap rubbish - I think they are targeting a younger market now or perhaps they have changed ownership - in any case not the quality made clothes I was used to.

I have done as requested.
Here was my heartfelt plea:
Here was my heartfelt plea:
Dear Mr Tesco (or Mrs Tesco, I know you're good on equality)
I was a Tesco customer for many years and loved the range of good quality, value for money clothes in your stores.
When I moved to Australia, I would fondly recall those days of just being able to pop out for a car load of food and buy a dress, a pair of shoes, clothe three kids and buy the Other Half a sweatshirt at the same time, and still have change from a tenner.
Here in Australia, low cost clothes inevitably means rubbish quality. When I saw you had international delivery available, I became strangely excited.. until I saw that Australia was not one of your destinations.
Now I am heartbroken once more and determined to change your mind.
Please include Australia in your delivery regions! We can get Marks & Spencer to deliver here, and a whole host of expensive stuff, but I miss my F&F gear.
Pretty please?

And here's the reply:
Is that the same as everyone else's?
Dear Dreamy,
Many thanks for your enquiry regarding deliveries to Australia.
I am very sorry, but we are unable to deliver to Australia at the moment, however there have been many enquiries and hopefully this will be a service we can provide in the future.
Thank you again for your enquiry.
