Nicks Seafood at Darling Harbour.
Fantastic quality, not too tizzed-up, not extortionately expensive (unlike Doyles), good service, in a lovely spot overlooking the water and handy for the city.

Nicks Seafood (and the other five Nick's restaurants around Sydney) are all owned by Nick Manettas, apparantly a person of Greek extraction - though it would it would be nice if I did own them, because they're all doing very well.
I doubt if Nicks Seafood need a website from you, because they have a perfectly good one of their own, it seems.
