Also booked 2 nights in KL at the federal via lastminute.

Its good and reasonable, well was last year.

Changi Airport is great ...has everything you might want - but it is massive ..so before you go trailing off, find out what gate your flight is from as soon as you can.

Know that post hasn't mentioned Dubai ...but can I just warn people about the security there..I had two hours there, and as I got off my first plane, they were calling 'final call' - and you have to go through security again.
And if you are a lone woman flying...then some of the males do not give you much notice when you ask for something ...you have to be quite assertive.
