Rain just started. Been the most amazing thunder claps for the last half hour, no much lightning though. Awesome, do like a good storm. Oops just sent First Born to put her car undercover and the sky just opened

4.20 pm here in redcliffe and we are having thunder, lightening and rain been dark for the last hour or so
do like a good storm just like this

Meanwhile in the real world - the field over the road just got wacked by lightning and if I were into all that voodoo bible crap I'd believe the four horsemen of the apocalypse were abroad tonight

Major lightning hit the road just outside KFC down here. Missed by a couple of metres which would normally make me wonder why it missed but on this occasion my daughter happened to be sheltering from the rain in the doorway so I'm quite grateful.

Went to work on motorbike today as the weather report said it would sunny.

Got caught in the mother of all storms and came home a cold, wet rat.

Going in the car tomorrow.
