Hi we have just had our tra returned , because of the changes my hubby who has been plasterering for the last 22 years can no longer apply, all of his work has been work based and he has no certifcates just employers references to show this.
We are a family of four with assets to bring with us , we would be very grateful if anyone can help.

Hi sorry to hear about your TRA being returned it must be so frustrating for you, along with lots of others at the moment. Are you using an agent? If you are give them a call and see what options you have for applying for another type of visa. If you are not using an agent it might just be worth giving one a call to see if they can offer any free advise (saying that you are thinking of applying and what visa could you apply for under the circumstances of the new rules).
