Its a bloody fad.
Like "friends reunited"
It'll last a year or two, and then die a slow painful death.
Don't worry about anything on these sites, they're just ways of wasting time.

I reckon it could have been me
I was bemoaning Facebook in an other forum a couple of weeks ago, saying i couldnt see the point of it. The only reason i joined up in the first place was because my kids kept getting on at me to do so.
They told me I should add all my pics and stuff, so like a good mummy i did. Then i thought to myself, why am i doing all this? I speak to them everyday on webcam or messanger. We have already emailed each other more pics than you can shake a stick at, so what is the point
The same goes for most friends!
I decided to have a right good clear out last week and deleted about a dozen people. The criteria was, if I had not spoken to them or communicated with them on Facebook then there is no point in them being on mine or me on theirs.
I am sick of the stupid pokes, eggs and bloody invites to seriously ridiculous "groups" and quizzes.
The only reason i have not deleted the whole damn thing is because i enjoy the scrabble gaming which i am addicted to.
