Some Mums are really, really, really shite...

Yup, heard about that on the local news. It wasn't hot yesterday down here but for a tiny baby not yet able to control it's temperature, stuck in a car, I don't want to think about how hot it was inside. The generous part of me wants to think that she may be a new mum and not aware of the dangers, but the other side makes me think she's an evil cow
Did she leave the baby crying because she couldn't cope with the noise (post natal depression maybe) or was he fast asleep and she was scared to wake him for a short visit to a shop (not knowing any better) and then he woke and started crying? Too many variables but end of day, I wouldn't have let my 7 week old out of my sight unless she was being cared for by someone else.
