Well in the pythons case it's the fact that it's so big lets you know you are reasonable safe, after that run away from them all.

Every time I think about them when walking outside that song snakes in the grass always starts playing in my head.

we've had a few black scorpions in the house I really didnt expect to see them here :ohmy:

The size of stick insects here you'd need a fish tank to keep them in.
