Snake day tomorrow.

Snake day tomorrow.
First day of spring tomorrow so no doubt we'll be tripping over serpants in the back yard anytime now.
That's if they don't all get washed away in the horror Summer storms being forecast.
See ya Winter.

Re: Snake day tomorrow.
So, anyone come up with any snakes yet for the first day of Spring?
I've only managed to become tangled in a massive tree-filled black ants nest so far.

Re: Snake day tomorrow.
No snakes left in Aus, they've fled to Germany.....
German customs officers got more than they bargained for when they asked a 22-year-old Australian to open his hand luggage on arrival at Munich airport - 36 live snakes in a fabric bag.
"This was the biggest seizure of live snakes at the airport in 10 years," customs spokesman Thomas Meister told AFP.
The Australian, a fitness trainer, was going through the "green" nothing-to-declare exit when he was pulled over after flying in from Sydney on August 29, the spokesman added.

Re: snakes in oz
it really depends on which part of Australia you mean, crocs are only found in the north of the country whilst snakes are more widely spread around
again this would depend on the environment of the area that your in,
ie how much food is available has a direct influence on the numbers that can be supported
