A person can be down a pub/club after a real bad couple of months at home..... In comes some tall promescious blond kiwi lass.... with a very likeable personality etc etc etc. Could be lots of scenarios. Thats what I mean by perfect storm, a lot of events coming together to place someone in that situation.

I can think of plenty scenerios back in the 90's at Company christmas parties where your surrounded by temptation and alcohol just fuels the situation.

yes, they do. But that doesn't mean that they all are.

Agreed.

I am not saying there aren't men out there that cheat and lie. Of course there are. What I am saying is that not all men cheat and lie.

Sorry to ask this.... but would you consider getting married again if anything happened to your partner ?

What does that have to do with cheating?

I just wondered if it was possible that certain people only envisage only ever having one partner ever in any circumstance.

There's other questions I'd like to ask that are closer to the mark, but this forum is probably not the place to do it..... more a fully anoymous one. Re Porn etc etc and other situations within the mind..... emotional non sexual bonding with others etc etc, past pre marriage experience with others..

Can't really explore it on here.

Basically I believe that 100 pct monogomy is a cultural state rather than a natural human one.

Very few animals are 100 pct monogomous.

Hardly any Mammals are.... Foxes and Wolves maybe.... There are quite a few bird species that stay with one life partner.
