:flypig: I know not every man cheats but you have to admit 'adultery' is a close second to the oldest profession in the world:

There are varying degrees of cheating it's how one responds. Is total emotional and spiritual cheating with no sex worse than a one night stand with someone they dont care about etc etc.

What do people here think about Bill and Hilary Clinton staying together ? I mean they are supposedly two very intelligent and together people. Who was more humilated in their situation BIll o Hilary ?

This is a far more complex issue than it first looks.

Personally I dont think Papillion is far off the mark myself.

Most common sign.... Lots of overtime out of the blue all of a sudden or long drinking sessions with mates after work. Blokes will cover for each other in certain circumstances..... Weekends away with the boys.

I'm not saying he would at all Eddie, just depends on certain circumstances..... Keep him busy and you should be right ;)

It's that emotional connection that you have to watch out for. Quite unlikely to happen but if it does unstoppable.

It's relatively common for "power couples" to maintain a facade of togetherness so as to keep in tact their "empire"

Historically, women who wish to maintain their social position in society have always had to turn a blind eye to "affairs"

There is absolutely nothing new in this... The only thing that IS new is the media intrusion into peoples private lives and exposure of such mutually beneficial set ups....

It's only the lower classes that marry for " love" after all

I think if your partner is cheating its more of a blessing as then you can move on and get a better deal in bed as new partners always make more of an effort lol :p

My view is that Bill and Hillary Clinton's marriage/sex life is their business. If he chooses to indulge with interns and she chooses to stay with him that's between them.

As for Wayne Rooney and his wife? I don't know or care what they do or don't do in the bedroom or in their marriage. It's none of my business, same as it's none of theirs (or anyone else's for that matter) what goes on in my marriage.

I find it odd that you're commenting and asking for opinions on what people get up to when you said not more than a few weeks ago that it bothered you when people talked about their spouses negatively.

- Do you see skid marks on the back seat of your bf's car?
- Have you recently caught a STI or crabs?
- Is there a white sticky (or brown) substance on your car windows, car interior, bed, lounge, kitchen bench, toothbrush, dildo or washing machine.
- Used condoms (with or without filling)

Does s/he accuse you of cheating?

They say the best defence is a good offense.
