I wouldn't say no to a Fat Yak but the reality is that is is simply another American style over hopped pale ale....very like Little Creatures Pale or some of the James Squires or other microbrewery clones....they are OK for a glass or two but I could not drink them all evening.

Coopers pale is a much better example of a British Pale ale and I prefer it.

I much prefer my own beer which I brew from grain and are British or Europen real ales

As a matter of fact - I get on with people from a variety of backgrounds. You might be surprised - it takes all sorts to form an infantry batallion. I've seen it all.

I just don't subscribe to this notion that all British people are automatically better than everyone else. I am not, I don't expect others to be.

I wasn't going to mention this, but I saw a sort of snobbery whereby 2 couples spent hours talking about frequent flying points yet refused to narrow the distance between them - apart when talking about upgrades, when a woman got up, walked over to the other table, spoke to the other couple, then literally turned on her heel and walked back to the other table...don't tell me my fellow countryman are better than the average Australian!

I like Coopers Pale Ale but am a bit tired of it. Had to happen.

I get very tired of Bottled Ale very quickly.

Much prefer proper draught ale which , unfortunately , is not available here.

....and I don't mean chilled, kegged and pasteurised beer...Which is all that seems available.

Apart from bottled beer at home....(ha!) I also drink wine and whiskey.
I don't think I have ever bought a bottle of beer in a pub..unless it was asked for, in a round. I would rather have a pint of whatever is drinkable on tap.

Indeed I have....I quite like it but it is too strong for drinking regularly.

Again it is a version of a British style India India pale ale.

20 questions...have you even heard of (Low Carb) Coopers Cold? It piqued my interest when someone mentioned it to me. It was hard what to make of it. It was OK in the middle of the heatwave but it has some fans.

What I can't drink is VB or Carlton Bitter.

Not interested in Low carb beers......the name alone is a contradiction

Only tried the XXXX once - over 10 years ago. I was always a bit unsure about Crownies - for the reason everyone bangs on about them - they are sort of the Stella of the Antipodes....but not a bad drop.

The Coopers Clear - did I say Cold - I noticed that this one was moreorless full-strength and I gave it a go - also I thought my wife might like them - she went through most of them.

She is sporting a little tummy. Now that's a first!
