Maybe he can also stop promoting coal and push renewables so the climate change that's causing the change in the environment that's moving such farmland to uneconomic is stopped. Guess not, given he's promoted the ex-coal boss to be his chief of staff, and the anti-wind campaigner as energy minister (an act of political bastardry Trump would applaud) .
