haven't eaten a sausage since i've been here just the look of them puts me off, but we have been told about a small local butcher near us who do great ones so going to go and have a look.
Have to agree on the tesco bramley apple and pork mmm I miss them the sainsburys ones were good also

Sam the Butcher on Bondi Road does some good sausages. It is a very good organic butchers shop.

By looking around, I am sure that people can find decent sausages.
You'd be surprised how many British butchers have migrated to Australia, and still make decent sausages
