He used to post on here back in 2005, and it seems he is doing well, after moving to the Gold Coast in 2004 from Melton Mowbray, even supplying Britain on the Bayside, amongst others.

Sounds like the right butcher as The fudge shop owner mentioned he was ex Melton Mowbray. Will ask next time we go and post here.

When I lived in London I used to get sausages from this place all the time

They werefabulous. But the best bit was that they did the best vegetarian sausages I've ever tasted, in 'real' (veggie) skins too. Bit of a long shot I guess, but has anyone stumbled on a place that does similar veggie sausages in Australia (ideally Victoria) ?
