Interesting thread, I am always amazed at the number of people who do not google, where do they think I find out information :D
I think to migrate you need to have a solid marriage and family. If there are any cracks they will become chasms on the other side of the world. I try to give the perspective of what it was like to be the child of wandering soles like my parents, sometimes we forget the young ones we are striving to give a better life, or are we just looking for something ourselves. Having moved around so much and lived so many different places I am amazed that people think everywhere is the same. Cannot think of anywhere the same. Sydney is different to Melbourne etc. I like to think that people could have a life like we have here in Aus but of course we made the life that is the bottom line. I am also bemused at people who leave the UK when they have super job, super life, big house, beaut cars and holidays on the continent every few months, I wonder why. Maybe its a fantasy who knows.:D |
