Re: rotten mood
ok, 9 o'clock is here and I am on the other side of it - so SC - we were talking valium and wine.... mmmmm, sounds like a plan
actually stuff it I am too tired!
In Thailand recently I noticed lots of valium on sale in pharmacies - my mum was addicted for a while (it was all the prescription rage in Wales in the early 70's). I wonder how long addiction takes - like could I just dabble then withdraw?

I hope so too, V - as much as you love the little darlings they can take it out of you big style.
My 3 were all under 5 when TheOriginalHimself died and the only way I could get through any ongoing bad behaviour was to promise myself a reward, even if it was just persuading MIL to take them so I could have a long, hot bath without worrying what they were upto. (Even when they're all 'asleep' you can't properly relax!)
I was terrified of turning into an alkie so I would never drink if I was by myself - didn't stop me considering adding brandy to their night time cup of milk though
