I just walked past the Apple Store in Sydney and SBS were outside interviewing a customer. I thought what it must be like to get served by one of their staff today. They all appear to me to be over eager and a tad dramatic. Must be worse today.

You could try and get an unofficial battery but you may void the warranty. If it was Android you could root it.

No, you need the iClip* for that, but God knows where you'd insert it.
