Rental House Inspections
Half way through our prep for tomorrow's. DULLSVILLE. Even though it's quite tidy anyway we always go over the top so it looks stunning. Always get a 'Thank you for looking after the property so beautifully' comment but never seem to be able to let up on the perfection............
Wouldn't be so bad but I did a charity walk yesterday and can barely walk today so housework is no fun!!!
Ah well, at least it'll not need doing again for a few days.
The only downside is that it seems to be baby spider hatchy time in Geelong and they are everywhere..........there's one looking at me over the laptop lid as I type. As long as I don't find Mummy Spider I don't mind them........

Re: Rental House Inspections
Good luck. We had one when we rented, and the only thing they picked up on was dust on the venetian blinds. Hadn't gone over them with cleaner, just dusted. we left the house 10 times better than we found it.

Re: Rental House Inspections
Thanks! The landlord is coming with the agent tomorrow and he knows it's cleaner than when he moved out (photo evidence) so it will hopefully be ok....we purposefully took a 'lived in' house as it's easier to keep it ok. The carpet nearly disintegrates every time you hoover for example!
