Perhaps the reason in part could be that a lot are docile in most other ways and the anger and aggression tends to come out once behind the wheel.

OMG thats exactly the kind of thing my mate used to do when she was off her meds ... During the manic phases of her bipolar...
Became COMPLETELY disinhibited.....
Shopping in a basque stockingins, suspenders and G string was another favourite...
Her husband always used to say that he knew when she was beginning to go coz the sex got fantastic for a couple of weeks ...... Fantastic as in bizarre and interesting as well as more frequent... Then she would just totally go off on one...
On medications she was an ordinary suburban housewife..... Off she became either a blubbering wreck or a Demon Sex Goddess who knew no boundaries...
It was really sad....
