recent purchases:
50" plasma panasonic ST50a. Lovely.
Brand new Proscape 20" self propelled mower. Big beast of an engine on it... Kawasaki FJ180. But it won't start !!!! grrrr... and I don't know why.
Various bits and pieces from Aldi.

God I love this stuff! It's completely disusting, looks like vomit but on your post Christmas binge sammich, it can't be beat!
I bought a jar of Heywards pickles yesterday ($7) for Christmas, something for the husband (can't say in case he's reading) and will be going back for Taytos, Club Orange and Chocolate Kimberly. I don't care that we're in Australia, these things much be had at Christmas. Fancy? No

From ebay, a Sunbeam EM6910 espresso machine and a EM0480 Grinder for $250. I have been meaning to get a machine for ages and couldn't pass this opportunity up. The espresso machine came recommended by the coffeesnobs forum, and the grinder isn't too bad. Looking forward to a long, caffine fueled weekend.
