You know, I'll second that Coles cheesecake... and their home brand Belgian chocolate is pretty good too. And their choc chip biscuits.
Not that I'm touching that "stuff" at the moment.
In lieu of chocolate, I bought a Christmas tree decoration today.
One of those glass breakable types. Gold, pine cone like. Could have spray painted a real one I suppose but the spray paint would cost more than the breakable one.

H.P. Printer for $47.00 (saves me switching on the $13,000 ones for just the odd sheet of paper) - very good quality print.
Most of the things that I get in Aldi.
Been looking for decent washing up liquid. Aldi cheapo crappo at 99c is just fine.

If the page turn gesture on the touch was the same as the iPad, it would be fine. But the keyboard is still thinner and nicer to hold. The Paperwhite is just as big as the touch.

Just wish I was arty and patient enough to do all those wonderful crafty things I could do with it

Canon SX260HS camera a few weeks back.
Did alot of research and ended up with a shortlist or 2, Ted's cameras were doing this for $279 so I made the purchase.
takes great pictures, but I'm even more impressed with the wuality of the video it takes, much better than my little handheld video camera.

5 copies of Irish Shades of Grey (preordered from Amazon) for Christmas presents. It's a collection of tweets gathered into a small book, 75% proceeds to charity and it's freakin hilarious (especially if you're Irish!). Winner.
Electric guitar shaped rattler for baby nephew for Christmas.
Awesome BonJovi/music inspired makeup palette from TheBalm for ME

Offroad R/C cars from Hobbyking (Hong Kong) for christmas presents - about $100 delivered including radio and battery. Nice quality, brushless motor, good electronics, LiPo battery, 4WD, all parts cheaply replaceable. You would pay about $300 for sonmething similar locally.

If it ever needs replacing, I'll get the Paperwhite. Trouble is, I keep touching the screen and wondering why I can't turn the pages.
