This is really weird but this morning I was grand, really 'chipper'. Went out, did a few bits and pieces including putting in an application for a job and suddenly this enormous black cloud has descended and I have that really heavy feeling in my stomach that something bloody awful is about to hit bigtime. :(

Not going to top myself, just thought I'd tell you. Why does happen, out of nowhere? **** it!

I am excellent, thank you.

I am happier now than I have been my entire life. And this makes me very happy. :)

Not sure? That sort of drop can be physical though we think it's mental, but it's chemical. Given everything you've been through health wise in the past couple of years, you might want to consider doing a bit of googling on 'adrenal support'. Constant stress, operations, lack of good health, can all contribute to adrenal issues. Supporting those is imperative. You can self treat with vitamins, minerals etc.

Yeah right, watched Mel B say it to every contestant on the X Factor last night and she seemed very sincere. Are you okay is something Australians would only use as a question to someone they think may have a problem whereas some Brits tend to use it as a greeting.

She's just trrying to get them to 'tear up', it's all about selling advertising.

The whole show is designed to promote emotional garbage (they all have some sad story), rigged, painful, but the kids love it and some of the contestants are actually pretty talented.

I don't think they all have a sad story. There's a mum who's had cancer on there, but what else? The kid who broke his neck by playing footie, I don't think he's playing on that?
