Anyone know where I can buy it in Brissie?
Have tried Coles, Woolies, IGA, health food shops

My daughter wants to make rice puddin'!

you can get Ambrosia Rice Pudding from our local Coles in Redcliffe, not sure if they would have that in every one though. You can get generic brand stuff though in Coles

I have searched for 4 years and never found short grain rice here- medium grain rice will work as well if its a rice pudding your making.

.you can get long grain rice ,medium rice and calrose rice.Calrose rice is the best for rice puddings.

Pudding rice doesn't exist in Australia. Just use short or medium grain rice and it will work just as well.

An interesting article on the types of rice used in rice puddings world-wide including the 'pudding rice' found only in England.

I use arborio (risotto) rice to make rice pudding.
