Bloomin eck !!!! I have just googled about them and seen some very graphic photos of some guys ass. I have much sympathy for anyone having to go through that !! Especially when it said it can take a good 12 months before it heals and the pain is major YUKKKKKK

Just want to say my mate is getting his stitches out on friday and he says he cant wait cause he is sick of his arse being so SORE and hopes this will make things easier like being able to have a crap without worrying about the dressing:curse:
