hi rollie
have you been to rockingham before? we were there last year. nice place.
my son has got his GCSEs in June and then we are hoping to sell house and go any time after that..visa permitting. we will prob sell house before visa arrives as i dont think we are taking much with us.
Is your son sitting his exams soon as well? what is he planning to do when he gets there?

hi Claire
yes we've got one 15 year old Tom, who really jumps between being desperate to get there, and absolutely refusing to go. for the last few weeks hes been ok, got a lot on for him tho this year with exams and the move. i really liked secret harbout but my hubby said it was too much like an estate with no soul and you would have to drive to get everywhere. we only saw the car park and the beach tho..(nice surfing!) i didnt see any shops or centre for the community.:)

Greetings all,
Just taken a break from doing TRA stuff and found this thread..

May we join you:blink:

I'm Nige, 38 yr old welder/fabricator, OH is Olly (russian - Olga) training as an accountant, just starting out on the "get out of UK escape plan"..... no kids, no house to sell as we rent, just want to go quickly, need the sun and warmth:thumbup:

anyway, better get back to the paper grind, as its all on me for the visa quals etc etc.....

Any help or guidance, good blogs or sites to look at, would be very greatly appreciated...

cheers for now

nige & Olly
