I'm going on a 4 year work visa which should be through by now. Problem is, My employer's using a labour hire firm who are in a dispute with the government regarding their agreement (put simply). Basically means I have no idea when (if) it'll arrive. Missed my start date of beginning of Jan already so becoming really frustrating! Probably stay in the eastern suburbs at first as I was there before but will take my time to have a look round before I settle.

If it's any help to anyone re timelines, my visa came through in 6 months...would have been 5 but I slipped up and missed one crucial item of paperwork...I am on an stni 137 permanent residency visa |
