As others have said, you have to admire his balls.
He's stood up there, waving his arms around, with TV cameras from around his country and around the world capturing it. It's 100% guaranteed he's going to be found out, the SA government is NOT going to be happy, and he's going to be known for the rest of his life as "the faker at the Mandela funeral" - yet he still went ahead.
Hope he's run far and fast - because the ANC isn't exactly going to go easy on him when they catch him.

That guy was stood on the podium with Obama - he had a prime position on prime time TV that was shown all over the world. It would have cost him millions for that fame if he'd had to pay for it

Every time I see the footage I pee my pants - that was a classic

Mandela wasn't a very good president, but those who followed him, Mbeki and now this muppet, are far worse

Some thing have changed but poverty and lack of opportunity have increased
The ANC has proven itself incapable of governing effectively - because they were a militant opposition does not make them capable of governing
The ANC prefers the trappings that corruption brings - f**k the people
There are plenty of Black people who could run SA properly - they're just not in the purple circle

I watched a doco a few years ago about a tobacco plantation. The white farmers were killed and the farm taken over by new landowners however because they weren't educated the farm fell into gradual disrepair and the black workers lost their jobs and livelihoods. The sad part was the workers said they were well treated by their boss and wished he was still there. Although we know that wasn't the case with all white land owners in this case it was. I had hoped things would get better and over time improvements would occur with better education etc however like you say, often corruption is rife and the same shite happens with just a different shift in power is all.
Sad, very sad.

That's such a sad state of affairs, especially given the changes and the lives lost on all sides for those changes to occur.

Zimbabwe has gone from being a food bowl to a basket-case reliant no food aid
I see Bob Mugabe was at the memorial service - he's a big buddy of the ANC

I think that's Zimbabwe that you are referring to but yes, many farmers provided much to their employees - and now its all gone

I don't know much about these countries other than they all look like they are one big cesspit of a mess and it's the every day people who are the ones who are still suffering.
Will it get worse in SA now Mandela has gone do you reckon?
