4x2's are one thing, frightful mansions another..
The price of houses and the FX rate have surely been quite sobering for most recent hopefuls..

Sorry about the one post of mine, I can't recall what I wrote, but I was probably sticking up for the ArmChairDetective who has been kind to me since joining the site and there was a pack of posters attacking him.
Something cheaper than in the UK, rates are really cheap especially when you compare the size of alot of the huge houses in Australia, a house that size in the UK would be paying close to £1800

I've found something. The new ipod touch. Im getting one as a present for my daughter back in the UK. Its about $100 cheaper here than it its in the UK. Unfortunately I'm going to have to buy it in the UK because whenever I send electronic goods back home they end up getting taxed extortionately.
