the house is all but done since i last updated this but rather than go back over 6 months i`ll just post the lastest update which is completly house free

we have bought a boat it was always on the wish list but ive waited untill the house was finished otherwise it just wouldnt have got done ;)

so its now project boat :rofl:

Steve,

I jumped striaght to the end and you must have had some tough times but boy has it worked out, If I ever make it out there and acheive what you have in 3 years I'll have 'made it'!
