i carnt quite believe it myself but after 14 months of hard graft
( days of in between working for a living etc ) the deck is finally finished
is there a fan fare smilie :rofl:

just got back from our citizenship ceremony and having our piccies taken with the Gold Coast mayor, so we are now aussie citizens:thumbsup:

i suppose that this concludes our "on my way" thread as we have "arrived" ;)

brilliant work matey.... you've got to be happy with that !!!! :)

how many $$$ did it set you back ? When we eventually buy a house, I'm keen on doing something similar. One slight problem is that I don't have a clue when it comes to DIY, but that's just a minor issue I reckon.

proud as proud can be, terri casey and ruby won most original and innovative performance of the entire spotlight festival for their rendition of walking in the air it was the 39th spotlight theatre festival where over 340 acts competed, ( this was a couple of weeks ago but ive been waiting for someone to post the video as i didnt take my camera, DOH )

ps also came first in their section duo`s and trios for which they won another award
