Re: Music to exercise to...
Nah. We (the Sydney CBD after-works drinking hooligans) have an impending death sweepstake running - and Terry Wogan didn't even make the list. (We could make you an honary member. We could even make you a fully paid up memeber - get your arse down here for a night out, Mrs!)
I will be there on Thursday.
I was thinking I might find a B+B for the night too... but I'm not sure. It's just a heck of a long trip home...
Esperanza is thinking of doing the same so it might be worth while.

I will see what my options are. It would be nice to have a full night out and not have to worry about getting the train etc.
No pressure then and I can skip back in the morning.
We'll see what's good.

I don't leave for work until 8.45 am. And so long as you promise not to steal all the family silver (), you're welcome to stay. Just let me know.

PS - I don't really drink blood. I was just winding Swervo up.
(It's so easy.)
He's not reading this is he?

I put on Queen(any of their albums) for a run on the treadmill and have load of 80's music to listen to when doing aerobics. I relax for the cool down by listening to angel music.

Currently on my shuffle :-
Destination Calibra - Alex Gaudino
UFO - Sneaky Sound System
Vertigo - U2
Cherry Lips - Garbage
Sho Nuff - Fat Boy Slim
Pump it - Black Eyed Peas
Galvinise - Chemical Brothers
I tried so hard - Linkin Park
Harder to breath - Maroon 5
and others.....
I tend to have about 3 different play lists tho. 1 for lifting, another for crappy cardio (often referred to as not lifting), and 1 more for when I'm doing abs and stuff (not lifting and even more annoying than cardio).

As for music to exercise to, I guess it depends on the exercise, but I recommend these:
Disturbed - Down with the sickness
Drowning pool - Bodies
Faith No More - From out of Nowhere
Slipknot - Duality
Soil - Halo
System of a down - Toxicity
Rammstein - Feurer Frei
Hole - Celebrity Skin
Rage against the machine - Wake Up
Audioslave - Cochise
Therapy! - Trigger Inside
Disturbed - Voices
Skunk Ananci - Weak
Prodigy - Funky sh*t
Papa Roach - Between Angels and Insects
Oasis - Morning Glory
Faith No More - Falling to pieces
Try some of those...
And stop trying to wind me up I'm nice really...

Hmm. An opportunity missed there. Old Tel must be in the running somewhere...
