i still haven't received qld ss and i'm 2 days ahead of you. it seems to be the 30th march people are starting to get positive outcomes. do you know the turnaround for immi to grant pr after qld ss has been granted. i have read it is 10 days but find that a bit hard to believe - i'm hoping i have pr by christmas!!!

Clarie, I think the ten days is when you are supposed to be allocated a co by DIAC, it would take a while once you get a co depending on how complicated your application is.
Liam, congrats, hope I'm not too far behind you.

It's been closed (due to size I think) also the newer sparklier one has been closed by a moderator as this is not a timeline site????

It is unfortunate because although there are month by month threads the timeline gave you an idea how long you have to wait.

Oh well, you will be able to find the remnant as the sparklier queensland state sponsorship thread or something similar around page 3 of main threads

So guys this might be our time fame till end of this year 2009 ( as per Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation ( DEEDI). latest current processing )- * March 2009 applicant – reminder info ( processing going to start reminder, for additional documents, etc ) – August 2009. Approval – September 2009. * April 2009 applicant – reminder info – September 2009 – Approval – October 2009. * May 2009 applicant – reminder info – October 2009 - Approval – November 2009. * June 2009 applicant – reminder info – November 2009 – Approval – December 2009. * July 2009 applicant – reminder info – December 2009 – Approval – January 2010. **** So guys be lucky to get SS before this year ends, before Christmas 25th December 2009 and before New Year 2010….. Here only LUCK, PRAYER, HIS BLESSINGS PREVAILS !!!

It seems that you took the state of things from march and kind of extrapolated it onto the rest of the year.
I think this prediction is risky, since it relies on an equal and ongoing "load" of applications ...

Not kitts list, I had compiled the list myself - I am a new member in this forum. I can assure u this b'cos I had contacted sofar all staffs in deedi, qld by phone and emails to know my application status, since May 2009 till date Sep 2009. See my other post - My Thoughts On Queensland state sponsorship.- by clicking by user name.

The best thing to do is just sit and wait for that email to come through regarding qld ss. the staff have such a backload of applications it doesn't help anyone by phoning and emailing constantly - it just prolongs the process for everyone.

Clarie, u r right. But I do things carefully. Which will not effect me directly or in directly. VOIP phones, my different own email IDs , IP address blocked etc. When I receive an email in a month, I see the cc forward by that staff who had emailed me to other staff. So I email that cc guy next month. So one email each month and two calls each month, first monday of the month and last monday of the month. may 2009 - till date sep 2009. ( IT Professional )
