Yup I was chilly out on the shooting range today and wore a jacket, jeans and hat and moaned about it being a bit chilly. 23 degrees....oh how times have changed.

Haven't got as far as the jumper yet although I did find myself eyeing up the fleece jumpers in Anaconda.

Never got to 20 in the NW of England or Herts. More like 16/17 - for about a couple of hours. Still bloody cold in my book. At least it's not pissing down with rain and I have to admit seeing the daffs and the blossom looks great.

Wimp.

It was 20 degrees where my folks live in Notts at the weekend. Not bad for the start of April.

I drove past a pub in Liverpool, the thermometer on the dash of the car was reading 16 degrees. There were 3 lads sitting outside drinking lager with their shirts off.

There is the possibility though that, as it was Liverpool someone had stolen their shirts.

I await the first sighting of a scarf with interest ...

I may go the following route:

- Replace the short-sleeved shirts with long-sleeved ... then ...
- A suit jacket

If I can find my one and only suitable jacket.

At home in the depths of Winter I'll be well rugged-up though ...

It was a little bit warmer than that down here, but I still need to wear a jacket - I really feel the cold!

Winter coats are already in evidence in Sydney & Melbourne.

I remember turning up at the bus stop one chilly May morning (maybe 10C) in Brisbane to be confronted with puffa jackets, gloves, scarves & even ear muffs - mostly of a distinctly C&A c.1980 style!

Work today in 3/4 length trousers and t-shirt and quite warm enough like that.
