I fell asleep during the second half of the GP (Formula 1 is gripping ) so I had a second wind.

Anybody would think Federer was an Aussie.
The tennis was headline news in the Australian media today and Mark Webber got a bit of a mention further down the pecking order.

Webber did a great job.

I do miss the British GP. I used to go every year with my Dad, he took me every year, ever since I was a youngster, it was just something we used to do together (Mum and sister had zero interest, evidenced by the fact that when we all went to watch the Monaco GP a few years ago for a big birthday for Dad, Mum and sis sat in the Grandstand with ear plugs in and read a book )

My appreciation of him went up when i saw he was watching his mate John mcguinness at this years Isle of Man TT,here's the vid & I said the same thing at the same spot 29 years ago
