There goes the essential problem:
Modern thought is quantity over quality
In all facets of society trends:
Big houses
Big cars (SUV verse hatchbacks)
Big egos

Big meal sizes (resulting in need for bigger clothes, resulting in bigger meals)
The problem lies with the consumer. The companies just feed the greed

I much prefer quality, understated at that, over quantity. Manufacturers are taking aspects of quality and doing it cheaper and then slowly eliminating them..
then people buy trash thinking it's fashion, or even style.

Yes, they're very useful. The soft cloth makes them just perfect for in-car dusters/wiping the windscreen with when it gets misted up.
