Yes they seem to be apportioning the blame to alcohol in many cases. I notice that the Aus reports say drinking amongst teenage girls is on the decrease in Aus. So I wonder why the abuse stats are similar. Could it actually reflect the atmosphere in UK schooling ?

Or has it always been so, and once again those that create these stats have found a new vehicle for sensationalism.
