Honestly you wont until you get here, and then you will change your mind a million times. over and over again.
Which Uni and which hospital do you think you need to be able to get too?
Try making a list of what you really DONT want. that sometimes helps to clarify things a little.

EG: I dont want to be more than walking distance from a decent pub
I dont want to have to buy 2 cars straight away
I dont want to have to drive more than 30 mins to work
I dont want a house with a lot of land
