Leaders Debate - Round 1
#1
All the TV stations are playing a leaders debate tonight, at 6:30 - on their secondary channels. Nice to see they take it seriously.
Judging by the terms of the debate, it will be an anodyne event, made up of reporters and a respectful audience of party apparatchiks.

Still, you never know, something interesting might be shown ... by mistake.

Greens leader Christine Milne's request to be included in the debate has knocked back.

Won't watch as everytime I see KR's face on TV I want to put my fist through the screen.

Basically it seems like Abbott is losing it. Even with the lightweight reporters on the questions, he'd not landing good points and is getting called on the waffle. Their worm turns down when he starts talking.
Rudd is saying "GST, GST, GST"

Abbot doesn't have to win it. He just has to not make to many mistakes. Every time Rudd appears on TV to lecture the audience a few more thousand people remember how bad he was the last time.

Could you really trust a man who doesn't know the difference between a repository and a suppository?
